Candidate profiles displayed on the Website are intended to showcase skills and experience to prospective employers. Profiles are published in an anonymised format using a reference code. They are provided for information purposes only.
Employers and other visitors must not attempt to identify candidates from public profile information, copy profile content for unrelated commercial use, or contact candidates except through Transitions HUB’s stated process.
We aim to keep profile information accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or current at all times.
While we work to support meaningful career outcomes, we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, placements, mentoring matches, or any specific result. Employment decisions remain with employers and candidates.
