Project Manager

Project Manager with 8+ years’ experience delivering construction, refurbishment and asset‑enhancement projects across residential, commercial and FM portfolios

Strong capability in project planning, contractor coordination, cost control, HSE compliance and stakeholder engagement

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain programme and budget control, and deliver projects up to £20m from initiation through to handover

Experienced managing construction and refurbishment works for major UAE property and asset‑management organisations

Skilled in overseeing BOQs, variations, technical submittals, KPIs, site inspections, snagging and final accounts

Strong capability in developing Scopes of Work, issuing work orders, monitoring contractor performance and resolving technical/commercial issues

Additional experience in civil works, MEP coordination and industrial fabrication projects, supporting site planning and resource allocation

Competent in subcontractor management, payment applications, structured reporting and maintaining quality and programme certainty

Holds CMI Certified Manager, MBA International, and a UK‑recognised BSc Civil Engineering (RQF Level 6); ICE Graduate Member

Recognised for strong communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills suited to UK construction, FM and project‑delivery roles.
