Skilled in AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, Procore, SAFE, SAP and E‑TABS, enabling strong technical documentation, programme planning and multidisciplinary coordination

Holds an MSc Construction Project Management (Anglia Ruskin University) and a BEng Civil Engineering, supported by SMSTS, CSCS White & Green Cards, First Aid and HSE compliance

ICE membership pending chartership, with an MBA in Public Policy & Administration adding strategic, policy‑aware decision‑making to practical site leadership

Fluent in English, Arabic and Kurdish, with a full UK driving licence and strong communication across diverse teams

Known for risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and team leadership, consistently delivering safe, well‑coordinated and quality‑driven construction outcomes

Experienced coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders to maintain programme certainty and resolve technical issues
