Site & Section Engineer

Civil Engineer with 20+ years’ experience delivering complex civil engineering, infrastructure and building projects across the Middle East, now seeking UK Site/Section Engineer opportunities

Strong capability in setting‑out, surveying, site supervision, QA/QC, RAMS and construction oversight, with hands‑on use of Leica Total Station, Auto Level, Digital Level, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and advanced Excel

Experienced managing roadworks, concrete structures, utilities, high‑rise developments and large‑scale civil works from early stages through to handover

Skilled in coordinating subcontractors, resolving technical issues, maintaining survey control and ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately and in line with design specifications, project standards and HSE requirements

Delivered major residential, commercial, road and infrastructure projects in both site and project‑management roles, overseeing multiple work fronts and maintaining structured progress reporting

Strong capability implementing QA/QC procedures, conducting inspections, tracking RFIs/submittals and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and statutory requirements

Demonstrates clear communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills, with a methodical, safety‑focused approach suited to fast‑paced UK construction environments

Additional experience in materials testing, geotechnical sampling and EN‑standard compliance, strengthening technical verification and quality assurance

Holds CSCS, GMICE, UK Health & Safety Awareness training and a UK‑recognised civil engineering degree (RQF Level 6)

Offers a blend of technical surveying expertise, site‑management experience and UK‑ready compliance knowledge supporting accurate, safe and efficient delivery of civil engineering works across roads, buildings and infrastructure.
