Chartered Project Manager

Chartered Project Manager (MCIOB) with 15+ years’ experience delivering complex construction, refurbishment, fit‑out, and new‑build projects across retail, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Strong technical capability spanning project delivery, design coordination, surveying, setting‑out, and 3D modelling, supported by hands‑on site and engineering expertise.

UK‑based since 2022, with practical experience operating under UK construction, rail safety, and compliance standards. Proven track record managing projects up to £8m, consistently achieving programme, cost, quality, and safety targets while maintaining operational continuity across live retail estates and multi‑site programmes covering 300+ outlets.

Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating consultants, contractors, and supply chains in fast‑paced, operationally sensitive environments. Skilled in procurement, tendering, cost control, structured reporting, and stakeholder engagement - building strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and operational teams.

Brings solid capability in risk management, quality assurance, and CDM‑aligned health & safety leadership. Competent in producing technical data, models, and site information to support planning, sequencing, and delivery. Holds a BEng (Hons) in Construction Engineering & Management and UK rail/safety certifications including PTS, DCCR, SSSTS, and CSCS.
