Chartered MEP Project Manager (MCIOB) with 17+ years’ experience delivering complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ELV systems across Qatar, UAE and high‑security UK‑aligned environments. Proven track record managing full project lifecycles for design‑and‑build, fast‑track, mission‑critical, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, ports, mixed‑use and high‑rise developments. Brings deep technical capability across HVAC, chilled water, heating, pumps, firefighting systems, MV/LV electrical distribution, ELV networks, utilities and specialist building services.

Experienced in leading multidisciplinary MEP teams, managing subcontractors, coordinating with consultants and clients, resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with UK, GCC and international standards. Strong capability in testing & commissioning, design review, procurement, material approvals, risk management, safety leadership (IOSH) and progress reporting. Skilled in delivering high‑quality MEP installations safely, on time and within budget across large‑scale, high‑security and mission‑critical facilities.

Major project portfolio includes high‑security printing facilities, mixed‑use developments (450,000 sqm), VVIP complexes, hospitals, decontamination facilities, ports, clinics, GSAS‑rated civil defence buildings, metro‑linked car parks, solar energy factories and high‑rise towers. Demonstrates strong governance, stakeholder coordination and technical assurance across complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Holds MCIOB, IOSH Managing Safely, UPDA Grade A, LEED, CSCS Black Card, and a UK ENIC‑recognised BSc (Hons) Mechanical Engineering. Offers a blend of chartered project leadership, deep MEP technical expertise and international mega‑project delivery experience suited to senior MEP, building services and infrastructure project management roles in the UK.
